Dongguan Songyuan Technology Co., Ltd. manufactures new energy vehicle wiring harnesses as part of a broader cable and harness portfolio that also covers electronic wires, new energy storage wires, shielded power cables, ribbon cables, and color ribbon cables. Since 2017, we have built cable assemblies for consumer electronics, industrial control, medical, energy storage, new energy, and hydrogen energy applications, along with military-grade cable assemblies.
Built for New Energy Platforms
New energy vehicle wiring harnesses carry power and signal across systems where routing is tight, vibration is constant, and reliability matters. Our product scope includes new energy storage wiring harnesses and shielded power cables suited to these environments. For programs with higher demands on sealing, we also produce waterproof wire harnesses, and for special routing requirements we offer special type wire harnesses.

These programs are supported by our own 2,000 square meter factory in Houjie Town, Dongguan, with 60 employees across four operational areas: harness production, wire drawing and extrusion, quality inspection, and warehousing and shipping. We exhibited at NCH2025, the Shanghai International New Energy Connector and Wire Harness Processing Technology Exhibition.
Prototyping and Order Quantities
Prototyping lead time is 48 hours for standard specifications. Flexible order quantities are available — prototype runs from 100 pcs, volume production from 1,000 pcs — with mass production typically shipping in 15–25 days. Certificates available upon request.
